City tax
€4 per person per night, paid in cash on arrival. Late check-in: €20 (8–10 PM) or €40 (10 PM–midnight).
Guests & house rules
Maximum 6 guests. No smoking indoors (balcony/terrace allowed). No parties or events.
Quiet hours & pets
Quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM, residential neighbourhood. Pets are not allowed.
